Shipping policy
We sell fresh items like Flowers, Balloons, and Cakes, and their lifespan varies. Sometimes, due to availability, the delivered products might look different, specifically for cities other than Karachi, the product design may differ from the pictures shown on our website. By agreeing to these terms, you understand that there could be differences between the images and the actual goods. However, our team will ensure that substitutions of equal or higher value are made to maintain the style and theme of your order.
We do not offer Cash On Delivery. However, we accept payments through the following secure and reliable methods: Bank Transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, NayaPay, SadaPay, Western Union.
After Placing your order, Please Share screenshot of the payment on our WhatsApp +92 323 2346333. Order will only be confirmed once we receive funds in our account.
Our delivery service is not available in certain areas, such as Bahria Town, Gulshan e Hadeed, Baldia Town and Port Qasim. Also, inside Malir Cantt delivery not available, receiver has to pickup from Checkpost 5.
For same-day delivery, please contact us via WhatsApp before placing your order to confirm availability.
Our delivery service operates within specific time slots rather than exact chosen times. Deliveries will be made during the designated time slot provided for the order.
Our delivery slots are:
12:00 pm- 3:00 pm
3:00 pm - 6:00 pm
6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
9:00 pm - 11:00 pm
11:00 pm - 12:30 am (Midnight delivery slot is for limited areas in Karachi, please confirm with us before placing your order for Midnight)
For 13th & 14th February. Deliveries will be made anytime between 11:00 AM to 11:30 PM, no fixed timings.
We require sender and receiver names for all deliveries, anonymity is not accommodated in our service.
Unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, city-wide issues, or heavy traffic might cause unexpected delays in the delivery of your order. However we will try our best to do it on given time slot.
You may make changes or cancel your order up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. Please note that once the products or gifts have been arranged, cancellations cannot be accommodated.
